　　佛羅里達觀賞海牛的區域：

　　西海岸：Crystal River(這里全年可見海牛，有旅行社組織每天和海牛同游的旅游項目)，Homosassa National Park, Tampa Electric Company，Manatee Viewing Center, Lee County Manatee Park。

　　東海岸：Blue Spring State Park, Manatee Observation & Education Center，Florida Power and Light Co.，Manatee Observation Center；

　　在佛羅里達州，任何人在任何時間，以任何方式故意打擾海牛生活的行為都被認為是違法的。你可以和海牛一起游泳，但不能騷擾它們。
